Fear and Loathing in 民国

I was checking out Viceland last night and found a pretty distrubing story. When I was in China last year, I saw no such instances of brutality, but I wouldn't put it past the JROTC's I reckon. I was recently watching a Frontline article on PBS.org and the report indicated there are 17,000 CCTV cameras fixed around the premises of Tiananmen Square alone.
